Design

This is the smallest of our models. The dimensions of this hob are 330x495x110mm, which makes it ideal for small flats, yachts, campers, or RVs. This is further supplemented with lack of open flame and 12V power supply (which allows powering it with a car battery), and the possibility to connect an LPG tank.

GPC-2 consists of two gas burners and one heat zone – this “free burner” is located on the channel discharging the fumes into the vent, which allows reusing the energy without consuming any more gas and allows heating up food during the operation of the larger burner.

Thorough gas combustion (at about 800 °C), pulse burner heating and “free heat storage zones” reduce gas consumption by 30-50% compared to traditional gas stoves.

The GPC-2 ceramic hobs make up a structure that combines savings, comfort of use, and easy cleaning.

Solgaz hobs do not require special pots while cooking dishes (the single exception are aluminum pots, which are never to be used on any type of ceramic hobs).

Details

  • Special burners/gas rings are hidden under ceramics, thus the ceramic cooktop looks nice and is easier to clean
  • It works on almost any type of gas and it uses it up to 50% less than the traditional cooker
  • The cooktops of the gas-under glass type we produce already for 13 years, so we know what we are doing.
  • The Solgaz company has created this technologyIn addition to traditional protection against gas leakage (as in conventional cookers), we install still additional – electronic protective devices

Connecting the hob to gas network is done the same way as in traditional stoves – you will need an authorized gas specialist, who checks the tightness of the connection and stamp the warranty.
