Thorough gas combustion (at about 800 °C), pulse burner heating and “free heat storage zones” reduce gas consumption by 30-50% compared to traditional gas stoves.
This is the largest model of our built-in gas hobs. Its dimensions are 770x495x110mm, which allows us torecommend it for more intensive cooking in larger kitchen, or the so-called “kitchen islands”.
GPC-4 consists of four gas burners and two heating zones – these “free burners” are located on the channel discharging the fumes into the vent, which allows reusing the energy without consuming any more gas and allows heating up food during the operation of the larger burners.
The GPC-4 ceramic hobs make up a structure that combines savings, comfort of use, and easy cleaning. Their universal nature is confirmed by the fact that they are fit for work with nearly any type of gas (even LPG). Solgaz hobs do not require special pots while cooking dishes (the single exception are aluminum pots, which are never to be used on any type of ceramic hobs).
The tabletop, where you intend to install the gas hob must be screwed onto the cupboard. In order to install the stove, make an opening 470x310mm. Please remember to provide a steady airflow from the hob.
A precise description of installation and mounting is presented in the images below:

Connecting the hob to gas network is done the same way as in traditional stoves – you will need an authorized gas specialist, who checks the tightness of the connection and stamp the warranty.
